On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, the First Lady met with the board of the Maranatha Women’s Choir Association for a discussion. During this meeting, she accepted my role as patroness. “As patroness, I will strive to contribute as much as possible to help achieve the choir’s goals. One of these goals is to help promote singing talent.”

The Maranatha Women’s Choir, which has existed for 38 years, has been recognized as the Maranatha Women’s Choir Association since 2009. Over the years, the choir has gained much recognition both domestically and internationally with their sublime performances.

“Therefore, I call upon young female talent to join this wonderful choir. Learn singing techniques and improve your skills. I wish the choir all the best and look forward to their next performance.”
