(HOW WE FEEL)
In the year 2020, during the covid-19 pandemic, a start was made with the recording of the first episode of the program ‘How we feel’. ‘How We Feel’ is a program in which mental health is central and where young people are given the opportunity to talk about their feelings. This program was created to provide the society, especially young people, with tools and tips on how to deal with the feeling of loneliness caused by this pandemic. Through this program an attempt has been made to give substance to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) number 3, which stands for good health and well-being. Each episode deals with a theme/subject, after which the tools are explained and discussed with the young people. The common thread is empowerment.
