On Saturday, January 11, 2025, the First Lady had the privilege of attending a special event organized by the Boy Scouts of Suriname to welcome the new year. This event, held at “Wees Paraat,” focused on collaboration, growth, and national pride.

The President, who is also the Chief Scout of Suriname, urged the scouts in his speech to remain loyal to their country and actively contribute to the development of Suriname.
