In connection with 160 years of Keti Koti, wreaths were laid at the Kwakoe monument by President Chandrikapersad Santokhi, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Wopke Hoekstra, Vice Prime Minister of Aruba Ursell Arends, Jack Uden, Johan Roozer, Minister Steven Mac Andrew and Caricom Youth Ambassador Fay King.
